Hello and a warm welcome! I’m Rhona McLachlan, a legally authorised celebrant based in beautiful Inchinnan, Renfrewshire.
I am honoured to create and conduct bespoke weddings, funerals, naming ceremonies, vow renewals, and memorials. Every ceremony I craft is centred on the people I am privileged to serve — their stories, their journeys, and their wishes.
As an ITOL-certified End of Life Practitioner, I also offer sensitive support for families during some of life’s most important and emotional moments. I believe that every ceremony, whether a celebration of love or a farewell, deserves to be heartfelt, unique, and unforgettable.

My life’s journey has taken me to amazing places like Hamburg, Saudi Arabia, and Shanghai. Living amongst such a diverse range of people and cultures opened my eyes — and my heart — to the richness of different traditions and beliefs. It’s a spirit I carry into every ceremony I create. While my German may be a little out of practice these days, I’m always willing to brush up if needed, and I’ve loved incorporating different languages into ceremonies when asked.
From large funeral services filled with hundreds of lives touched, to small, intimate ceremonies, I tailor each event with care and compassion. Weddings are all about the couple — it’s your day, your way. Whether it’s a ceremony up a hill, in a garden, under the stars, or inside a grand venue, I’m there to support you, adapt to the setting, and make it feel effortlessly ‘you’.
